Most Chrome Hearts clothing, leather goods and silver jewelry are made in Los Angeles, where the brand still runs its own workshops. The eyewear line is the main exception, since the frames are handcrafted in Japan.

Chrome Hearts was founded by Richard Stark together with John Bowman and Leonard Kamhout. Richard Stark and his wife, Laurie Lynn Stark, still lead the brand, and it remains privately owned without outside investors.

We ship worldwide. Just enter your address at checkout, and you'll see the shipping options available for your country.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. After that, Standard Shipping takes about 21 business days, and Express Shipping takes about 7 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Standard Shipping costs $19, and Express Shipping costs $29. You'll pick your option at checkout.

Possibly. Some countries charge customs duties, taxes or import fees on international orders, and these are paid by the customer. We'd suggest checking your local rules before you order so there are no surprises.

Delays can happen because of customs checks, bad weather, holidays or courier issues, and these are outside our control. If your order seems stuck, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Every product page has a size chart, and our full Size Guide page covers hoodies, tees, jeans, shoes, rings, bracelets and necklaces in inches and centimeters. Measure your chest, waist or length first, then compare it with the chart before you order.

Most pieces run true to size with a relaxed cut. The hoodies feel a little oversized, so go one size down if you want a cleaner fit. On the other side, Chrome Hearts jeans follow your normal waist size, and the Matty Boy line runs slightly small.

No problem. You can request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn with its original tags and packaging. See the exchange questions below for the full steps.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging. Items that show wear, stains or damage from handling can't be accepted.

Email support@chromeheartsclo.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you get those instructions, because unapproved returns can't be processed.

If you're returning or exchanging an item because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size, you'll cover the return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we'll take care of it.

After your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm the refund is approved. The refund then goes back to your original payment method. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank or card provider, but it's usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Sale and clearance items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Each product page lists the materials and details for that item. In general, our hoodies and sweatshirts use heavyweight cotton fleece, the tees use soft cotton jersey, and the denim is sturdy with leather patch details.

Turn them inside out, wash on cold and hang them to dry. Skip bleach and the hot dryer, since heat can shrink cotton and crack prints. Also, don't iron directly over leather patches or graphics.

Wipe your Chrome Hearts jewelry with a soft silver polishing cloth every so often. Avoid liquid silver dips and harsh cleaners, because they strip the dark oxidized finish that gives Chrome Hearts silver its signature look.

We work hard to make our photos match the real product. Still, colors can look slightly different because of lighting and screen settings, so a small variation is normal.
