We sell streetwear and accessories, including hoodies, t shirts, long sleeves, jeans, pants, jackets, shoes, glasses and jewelry. We try hard to make sure product descriptions, photos, sizes and prices are accurate. However, small errors can happen, and colors may look slightly different on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD $).
• Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes won't affect orders that are already confirmed.
• We accept online payments by debit and credit card. We don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Full payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

5. Orders and Cancellations

• After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email confirms we received your order, not that it has been accepted.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
• You can request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@chromeheartsclo.com, as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped yet.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can use our return process after it arrives.

Delivery times are estimates and start once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed. Delays caused by customs, weather, holidays or courier issues are outside our control. 7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.
